Alabama will be without Aden Holloway on Friday when the Crimson Tide face Michigan in the Sweet 16 in Chicago, the school said in a statement.
The update comes after an Alabama judge granted Holloway’s request to travel on Friday. Despite that approval, Holloway will not be with the team for the NCAA tournament game.
Alabama’s meeting with Michigan is part of the Sweet 16 round, with a spot in the Elite Eight on the line. Holloway’s status for the game was clarified by the school ahead of Friday’s matchup.
