Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CourtFrame ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CourtFrame is an AI-powered basketball analytics and news platform providing game analysis, statistics, previews, recaps, and related content. Our content is generated using artificial intelligence and verified data sources.

AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Much of our content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Our "expert" commentators are AI-generated personas, not real individuals.
• Statistical data comes from third-party APIs and is subject to their accuracy and availability.

Subscriptions and Billing

CourtFrame Pro is a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

• Pro Monthly — $29.00 USD per month. Billed every month on the date you subscribed.
• Pro Annual — $199.00 USD per year. Billed every twelve months on the date you subscribed.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live; applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Free features remain available without a subscription.

Free Trial

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the plan price above. You can cancel at any point during the trial from the billing portal and you will not be charged. One trial per customer.

Automatic Renewal

You may cancel at any time, and cancelling is as easy as subscribing — see below. We send a receipt by email after every charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel yourself at any time, without contacting us, from the billing portal linked on your Pro dashboard and on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Pro access until then, and you are not charged again.

If the billing portal is unavailable to you for any reason, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

• First payment — 14 days. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Renewal you did not intend — 14 days. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of it and we will refund that renewal and cancel the subscription.
• Outside those windows, payments for periods already begun are not refunded, though you can cancel to prevent further charges.

If you live in the UK or the European Union, this policy is in addition to your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and nothing here limits that right.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your renewal, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue at the new price. The price of a period you have already paid for never changes.

Affiliate Relationships and Commercial Links

Some pages carry links to third-party partners, including sports and fantasy sports operators. These are advertising: we may be paid a commission when you sign up or deposit through such a link, at no additional cost to you. Links of this kind are labelled as partner offers where they appear.

Commercial relationships do not influence our models, predictions, ratings, or editorial content — see our Editorial Policy.

Partner offers are shown only where the partner is licensed to operate, based on the country our content delivery network reports for your connection. We do not knowingly present gambling offers where they are unlawful, and we do not present them to anyone under the applicable minimum age (21 in most US states, 18 elsewhere). Whether to use a partner is entirely your decision, and any account you open is governed by that partner's own terms, not ours.

Intellectual Property

All content on CourtFrame, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CourtFrame or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Collect or harvest user information

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURTFRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
