If you subscribe to CourtFrame Pro, payment is handled by Stripe, Inc., which acts as our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe provides us with a customer reference, your subscription status and billing period, and the last four digits and brand of the card, which we hold in order to show you your own billing state and to service refunds and support requests. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Location

Our content delivery network, Cloudflare, determines the country and (in the United States) the state associated with your IP address, and passes that to our servers with each request. We use it to decide which partner offers, if any, may lawfully be shown to you, and to show the right responsible gambling information. We do not store this alongside your identity, and we do not use it to locate you more precisely than country and state.
