Eastern Michigan has hired Clemson assistant Billy Donlon as the next head coach of its men’s basketball team.
The decision comes a week after the program parted ways with Stan Heath, opening the position and prompting a coaching search.

Donlon arrives from Clemson, where he served as an assistant coach. Eastern Michigan announced the hire as it turns the page following Heath’s departure and begins the next phase for the program.
