Former Wisconsin guard John Blackwell is withdrawing from the NBA draft and will continue his college career at Duke next season.
Blackwell had entered the draft process while preserving the option to return to college basketball. He has now chosen to pull out of the draft and join the Blue Devils, giving Duke another backcourt option for the upcoming season.
The decision ends Blackwell’s stay at Wisconsin and sets up a new chapter in the ACC. Duke will add a guard with Big Ten experience as it shapes its roster for next year.
