Joventut Badalona walked into Madrid and left with the result of the night.

In a 13-game slate across the ACB, WNBA, SLB and Prvenstvo BiH, Joventut’s 89-81 win at Real Madrid stood out as the sharpest headline result. Elsewhere in Spain, Baskonia overwhelmed Granada 121-85, Barcelona escaped Tenerife 102-97, and San Pablo Burgos edged MoraBanc Andorra 85-83.

The WNBA delivered its own late-game tension, led by the Las Vegas Aces’ 85-84 win at Atlanta and Toronto Tempo’s 106-96 road victory over the Los Angeles Sparks.

ACB: Joventut wins in Madrid, Baskonia explodes

Joventut Badalona’s 89-81 victory over Real Madrid was the defining ACB result of the day. Road wins of that profile carry weight because they require more than shot-making; they demand composure, pace control and execution through pressure. Joventut found enough of all three to finish off an eight-point win in Madrid.

Baskonia delivered the most emphatic scoreline of the entire slate, beating Granada 121-85. The 36-point margin separated it from the rest of the day’s results and underscored the gap between a comfortable win and a true demolition. In a league where half-court possessions and tactical detail often compress games, reaching 121 points represented a complete offensive night.

Barcelona also handled a difficult road assignment, beating Tenerife 102-97. The final score reflected a game played with offensive efficiency on both sides, but Barcelona’s ability to clear the 100-point mark away from home made the difference.

Murcia added one of the cleanest wins of the ACB slate, beating Unicaja 87-69. Valencia held off Bilbao 88-83, while Forca Lleida edged Gran Canaria 75-72. San Pablo Burgos rounded out the Spanish results with an 85-83 road win at MoraBanc Andorra, one of the tighter finishes of the day.

WNBA: Aces survive, Tempo win on the road

Las Vegas Aces W escaped Atlanta with an 85-84 win over the Dream in the tightest result on the WNBA schedule. A one-point road win is rarely clean, but it is often revealing: the Aces had just enough late-game separation to survive a matchup that left almost no margin for error.

Indiana Fever W handled Seattle Storm W 89-78, creating one of the more decisive WNBA margins of the day. Chicago Sky W also earned a road win, beating Minnesota Lynx W 86-79.

Toronto Tempo W produced the highest-scoring WNBA performance on the slate, beating the Los Angeles Sparks W 106-96. The Tempo crossed the 100-point threshold on the road, matching the broader theme of the day: visiting teams were not simply competing — several dictated the terms.

London Lions make a statement in SLB

London Lions delivered a commanding 104-81 win over Cheshire Phoenix in SLB play. The 23-point margin and 104-point output gave London one of the strongest performances outside the ACB slate, combining scoreboard control with sustained offensive pressure.

Sloboda holds off Jahorina in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In Prvenstvo BiH action, Sloboda beat Jahorina 77-72. The five-point margin placed it among the night’s closer results, with Sloboda doing enough at home to protect the result.
